1. Financial Update – Barry Lambert
   • Reviewed financial status> $17,200 in account > $2,400 in expenses due > Funds in account for  CEF = $2100 > the Board has agreed to pay CEF funds to staff at time of Education signup
   • MGA dues were billed in January > Money should be deposited in account in late February
2. Tournaments

1. Legends Tournament - Scheduled for 2/2/2019
   1. Tournament format finalized – Lone Ranger Format – “A” players draft teams and must choose an A,B,C, and D player
      1. Board decided A,B,C,D players to be assigned to play 1,2,3,4 rotation
      2. Adam to plan Friday night draft party > beverage and location request for Ranch Dining Room, and F&B for Saturday
      3. Steve to coordinate teams’ draft and scoring for Saturday with Amber > Board approved team skins @ $80 per team
      4. Adam and Skip to determine budget (F&B/ Prize Money) – will copy Barry & Amber
      5. Bob to ensure club provides two beverage carts’ staff
   2. Golf Genius – Set Up - Amber and Skip to handle
      1. Tournament Sign Up – Amber, Skip and Steve met and sign up is completed and available in Golf Genius > automatically sent out to members on Friday Jan 4th
      2. Amber and Skip to set up Tournament format, pairings, points schedule, etc. in Golf Genius > Amber will update Golf Genius once budget is determined for amount of places being paid for finishing 1,2,3, etc.

1. Pro Shop Update – Amber Lynch
   • Reviewed status of awards for “Big Mike” Award winner (Jerry Obenour) > Crystal Ice Bucket has been ordered – delivery 1/17 > Player of the Year (Seung Jang) > Bag ordered - Sun Mountain Bag in Gunmetal/Black/Red, SBR Logo, and 2018 MGA Player of the Year “JANG”
2. MGA Kickoff Dinner
   • Bob & Adam to meet with Andrea the week of 1/6 to plan F&B, agenda and logistics
   • Amber and Skip to make invite and sign up available to members by Jan.11th – include instructions how to add spouse/guest to attendance list > Invite has been created in Golf Genius and will automatically send out week of Jan. 6th
   • Barry to determine final budget and finances
   • Bob and Adam will handle presentation of awards and opening presentation
   • Club receptionist to follow up by phone 7-10 days out to check singles signups for Guests
3. Discussion Topics –
   • Committee recommended revising 2 Man Quota to 2 Man Chapman and changing format of 2nd Day of Fall Classic from A/B, C/D best ball to A/C, B/D  > Board approved both recommendations and revisions have been posted to 2019 Tournament Schedule on MGA Home Page

Next meeting is scheduled for February 4th at 6 PM in Ranch Dining Room
