1. Financial Update – Barry Lambert
   • Update Board on financial status of MGA
     1. Currently $15,500 in treasury
     2. Treasury is well funded for balance of year
   • Discuss financial status of Continuing Education Fund
     1.  Current balance $2,100 along with funds from RLGA meets total funding required for Amber to complete education
2. Tournaments

1. Member-Member Match Play Tournament - Everything is set
   1. Scheduled for 6/9-10/2018
   2. Tournament format formalized –Five two man teams per flight (Day 1 > 3 nine hole matches) (Day 2 > 2 nine hole matches) – teams must be within 7 strokes of each other
      1. Adam has planned f&b for Saturday (boxed lunches), and f&b for Sunday (Patio dining)
      2. Continuous keg beer on course during tournament
   3. Golf Genius – Set Up
      1. Tournament Sign Up – made available to Members Saturday May 13th
      2. MAJOR TOURNAMENT = POINTS ARE DOUBLED, Cost per man is $110
      3. Tournament format, pairing, point system, etc. in Golf Genius  – to be set by Amber, Steve, and Skip by June 7th

• We agreed to “change” match play to point total by hole with all matches going through nine holes to ensure competitive second day > This decision was reversed back to Match Play format effective 5/29
• We agreed to pursue sponsors for event
• We agreed not to pursue any fund raising activities

1. Pro Shop Update – Amber Lynch
   • Hiring of additional cart staff is complete for summer
   • Ice machine being installed in cart barn – week of 5/21
   • Updated new Member list being added to MGA roster by Amber
2. Golf Committee Update – JD Darling
   • Goose grass treatments will be complete in May
   • Truckloads of sand have been ordered for May delivery and install
   • Broken tree limbs will be removed week of 5/21
   • Fairway fertilization is complete
