  1. Superintendent Update – Mark Hennard (sent via email 12/6)
    • Delmar Israel is assuming responsibility for now and will work with Assistants at both the Ranch and Dye courses
    • Search for new hire is ongoing
  2. Tournaments’ Schedule
    • Tournament calendars for all golf associations are complete for 2019 > Ladies 9 Hole group has joined with RLGA and will play on Thursdays (Robin Hall and Carol McHale will assume leadership of 9 hole group)
    1. RLGA has set May 9-10th for Partee in Paradise
    2. Ladies 9 hole Group has set has set October 3rd for Exchange Golf
    • Chris Ferguson has updated a Master Calendar for all events at both Ranch and Dye courses
  2. Discussed Golf Committee focus for 2019
    • Communication improvements from Golf Committee to all Ranch Golf Members
      1. Create awareness for members of: 2019 rule changes, course maintenance, cart “etiquette”, club events, open dialog for “opportunities, and Marshal/cart staff communication to members
    • Work with Chris Ferguson to implement on course, carts “in and “out” stakes
    • Communicate to Board major capital issues > Course bathroom renovations, sand for bunkers
    • Ensure “new” member on boarding drives increase in golf association memberships
    • Create Ranch Handicap/Rules Sub Committee on our Golf Committee
      1. Jerry Obenour to lead, representatives from MGA and RLGA to be added
  3. Discuss Golf Committee meeting dates/times for 2019
    • Agreed that Golf Committee meetings will be held every third Thursday
  4. Pro Shop Update – Amber Lynch
    • New merchandise from Foot Joy arrived in Pro Shop Wednesday 12/5
    • Hiring search will be on as soon as hiring “freeze” during down winter season ends
  5. Round Table –
    • No open issues discussed
