1. Superintendent Update – Tony Leblang
   • Irrigation Computer network is down causing irrigation problems
     1. Working on resolution to fix wiring that controls 15 satellites
   • Staff is routinely performing top dressing to greens to improve soil health
   • Several tee boxes have irrigation problems
   • Chris Ferguson to communicate with Tony on opportunity to place tee markers in proper tee boxes

      2. Discussed Member Club Championship 9/6,7,8
      3. Discussed upcoming Fall Classic 9/28-29 > If total participation reaches 120 or more all 27 holes will be reserved

      1. Discussed President’s Cup 9/21-22
      2. Discussed RLGA Champions 10/19-20
      3. Discussed opportunity to designate drop zone on hole #8 and will work with Chris to designate for RLGA (like MGA)

      1. Pace of play is steady at 4 hours

     1. Updated committee on recent email and discussed opportunities for member’s awareness on new rules and handicaps

     1. Dye Clubhouse Update – Committee review with Regional VP

     3. Discussed Membership count update at -69 members
     4. Discussed Off duty Mckinney Police patrolling Ranch course on Tuesday and Thursday evening to maintain private property keeping people off course
3. Pro Shop Update – Chris Ferguson
   • Discussed removal of TBD’s on tee sheets 48 hours prior to tee time for both Clubs and was approved by the Committee
   • Stag night is a big success averaging 30-40 players
   • Staff is working to improve member engagement
