  1. Superintendent Update – Michael Moore
    • Tony Leblang has left his position as Supervisor at  the Club > Dan Liggett will be coming to the Ranch to oversee Course Maintenance
    • Golf Course Maintenance Update
      1. Goose grass continues to be a problem > will go dormant when cold weather comes and Treatment will be applied in March and April 2020
      2. Weeds are an ongoing problem > Crew will apply post and pre emergent in the next 2 weeks
      3. New cups to be installed Friday 9/27 to improve “leaning” flagsticks
      4. Irrigation “controls” continue to be a problem > Computer fix not budgeted till early 2020 but Dan will work with crew to improve watering conditions

    • Discuss any upcoming tournaments or updates

        • 80 golfers signed up
        • 2 day tournament
        • Discussed “The Tradition” Member Guest 10/9-10/12

        • Sewage smell project now budgeted for $460k
        •  Digging project is in progress
      2. Charity Classic Update 9/20
        • Over 300 attended
        • 194 Golfers participated
        • Raised over $70K for Charity
        • Best results ever
  2. Pro Shop Update – Chris Ferguson
    • Urban Carts – Parking
      1. Chris to work with Bryant to draft “policy” and communication to members
    • Fivesomes
      1. Current plan is for Pro Shop discretion to allow or disallow fivesome
